Friendly and VERY competent. I arrived 5 minutes before closing and wanted 20 small stainless steel screws of this kind, 30 of that kind, and 20 even smaller of another kind. No problem at all, they were taken from the very large stock and counted out. Friendly and cozy. And whether I had another wish... Yes - This is how service should be everywhere!

The company Echt-Sicher renewed our locking system. The order was handled absolutely perfectly, the installation was very well prepared and was carried out in just one day. All our small (and large) change requests were taken into account and implemented professionally. The planning was elaborate but error-free and implemented exactly according to our wishes. Our own planning mistakes were recognized and corrected, and sensible suggestions for reserves were made. Just as one hopes from a specialist company. And as if that weren't enough, Echt-Sicher was also the cheapest provider among 3 competitors. However, the order was not awarded based on price, but based on the overall impression we had of the company at the time of the offer.
